Individualized Programming (I.P)
A program specifically designed for you that can be performed on your own time.
Personal Training has come to be known for it’s ability to get you to your goals in an efficient time period with the uninterrupted guidance of a trainer. However, it can be costly and for some, is no longer needed once a certain level of technical understanding and experience is established. That’s where I.P. comes in to play. We’ve created Individualized Programming as a means for more people to reap the benefits of tailored programming without having to pay for a one-on-one session with a trainer.
Here’s how it works:
1.) Complete initial assessment to determine strengths/weaknesses.
2.) We will design a plan, based on your goals, to get you where you want to go.
3.) Workouts are delivered via email/mobile app.
4.) Complete workouts during open gym hours
5.) Meet with your coach monthly to ensure consistent progress and discuss future goals.
