  • We have partnered with RISE Recovery and Performance Center. They are located inside Game of Fitness and specialize in rehabilitation techniques to keep you feeling your best.

  • With 3 massage therapists on staff, we offer a wide variety of recovery techniques including: manual therapy, cupping, taping, body tempering, and more!

  • We offer monthly membership, drop ins and event hosting within our recovery area that includes a Sisu Sauna (fits 6-8 people), cold plunge (Plunge brand), and two ice barrels with access to our ice machine.

  • Muscle Activation Technique practitioners are able to assess an individual client’s neuromuscular function by performing a series of mobility tests and then correlating the limitations in range of motion with muscle tests that can identify which specific muscles are not contracting efficiently. Once identified, practitioners can precisely “activate” each muscle weakness through either isometric contractions or specific force application.

    Our in house MAT Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer, Jeremy Warner, pairs MAT with targeted strength training to correct imbalances and prevent injury.

  • Our 75 minute HIP Classes are a unique combination of guided breath work, group fitness, sauna and cold plunge. You will challenge your strength and cardiovascular output and performance. With benchmark metrics built into the programming, you can track your progress as your lungs and conditioning improve. Currently offering Core/Endurance, HIIT, and Mindful Motion classes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • FIRST DAY?

    Game of Fitness offers in house programming designed to maximize results while minimizing chance of injury. With a combination of metabolic conditioning, endurance and strength training our programming will tone and build muscle, improve core stability, and burn body fat!

  • WELCOME IN!

    When you walk in, you will be greeted by your GOF coach. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class so we can give you a tour of our facility and all it has to offer!

  • CLASS BRIEFING/WARM UP

    Your GOF coach will go over all upcoming events/announcements after which they will review the workout for the day and demo all movements and offer modifications.

    Then it’s time to get your body ready for the workout. Your coach will lead you through a customized warm-up so you can perform at your best.

  • TIME TO WORK

    Get ready for a challenging 40-45 minute workout! No matter the style of programming for the day, your coach will guide from start to finish, offering modifications and form corrections along the way.

  • YOU DID IT!

    Great work! You’ve completed your first GOF workout. If you haven’t already schedule a NO SWEAT INTRO, a coach will be ready to assist you! It’s time to sign up and discuss the best wellness plan for you!

How do I join and get started?

Super simple! Just click get started anywhere here on the page to book your free intro session where you’ll get to tour the gym & meet our coaches.

Do I need to already be fit to join?

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

How does the program work?

We offer exciting, challenging and varied programming which keeps it fun! The workouts are published in advance.

Some days are more strength focused with an emphasis on form, stabilizer movements and proper muscle recruitment.

Other days, we focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers, skiers & bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!

When should I expect to see results?

When you start at Game of Fitness, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start. Sign up today!

How many days per week should I attend?

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up to 5 days per week if you want to maximize!

What should I expect in a class?

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!

Yes! We have partnered with Coach Lexi at Vitality Movement to offer virtual one on one nutrition coaching to develop a strong foundation of health habits. If you already feel confident in basic nutrition but are still struggling with hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, gut issues, or poor sleep, Coach Rachael offers nutrition and lifestyle consulting focusing on women’s hormone and gut health.

Recovery is our biggest passion and we have an entire team of practitioners to help you recover and feel your best!
