OUR CLASSES

Our programming is professionally designed to help you build strength, lose fat, improve cardiovascular health and minimize chance of injury. By splitting the week into two conditioning days, two strength days and two stamina days, we guarantee you will hit all facets of fitness & improve your overall well-being all while protecting yourself against injury.

Game of Conditioning

Every Monday & Wednesday:

This class is designed to torch calories, burn fat and increase cardiovascular output. The class is split into two segments. The first often includes a skill focus mixed with cardio machines or accessory movements. The second consists of a 15-25 min high intensity interval workout ranging in different weight modalities. Expect to see barbell movements, dumbbells & kettlebells, body weight movements and light gymnastics (all modifiable!) On Wednesdays, athletes can customize the workout to their specific goals with either a strength focused options or cardio focused option.

Game of Strength

Every Tuesday & Friday:

Strength classes are designed to build strength and power, tone and define muscles, improve form and stabilize joints to decrease chance of injury. These classes are slow and controlled with the options to push heavy weight. Expect to see compound movements paired with accessory movements. Class is slow and controlled with emphasis on proper form.

Tuesdays are Lower Body Strength where we focus on developing your posterior chain, pelvic floor and overall toning of the lower body. (Hello booty day!)

Fridays are Upper Body Strength focusing on developing the push pull muscles, stabilizing the shoulders and elbows and developing overall grip strength. (Learn to do a pull-up!)

Game of Stamina

Every Thursday & Saturday:

This class will test your mental and physical stamina. The goal is to maintain a consistent effort throughout this 30-40 minute endurance based class. Expect to see running, cardio machines, dumbbell and kettlebell movements, and body weight movements. This is a great class if you are wanting to develop your overall conditioning without lifting the heavy weights.

On Thursdays, we start the class with 10 minutes of skill work to carve out time for more hands on coaching when it comes to compound barbell movements, pull-ups, jump rope, bailing from a squat, etc.
