GOF Programming- The Genius Behind All of the Madness!

Coach Brad in his element!

Coach Brad in his element!

Have you experienced a plateau in your training? Or maybe you’ve acquired an injury in a past gym?

Quality programming takes time, knowledge and intention.

Good programming keeps you moving, hopefully in all planes of motion. It will challenge your cardiovascular system and increase your strength (again, hopefully).

But great programming will decrease chance of injury, target all muscle groups through minuscule accessory movements and will keep you consistently progressing towards your goals without hitting plateaus or burning out from too much HIIT (High Intense Interval Training).

Head Coach Brad Parotto is deeply passionate about Game of Fitness’ programming. With his Kinesiology and Personal Training background, he is meticulous, never letting a muscle group go unnoticed. You will be sore in places you didn’t even know were possible! But, no matter how small, all of these muscles play a role in overall fitness. He programs for strength, agility, stabilization, proper muscle recruitment/activation, mobility and improved range of motion (ROM).

That is why we decided to offer specific types of classes for each day of the week. We wanted to design a program that would allow you to attend 5-6 classes a week without fear of injury.

Our class schedule is as follows:

Getting the heart rate up in our 20 Minute HIIT workout within Game of Conditioning.
