Smoothies are a great way to pack in nutrients on the go. Pro tip: put all dry ingredients into your blender the night before and throw it into the freezer. Then in the morning all you have to do is add your milk of choice, blend and go!

You can always sneak in other veggies too for added nutrients. We like spinach because it’s almost undetectable once the smoothie is blended.
