Brad is a former Track and Field athlete. Having majored in Kinesiology at Western Illinois University, he found his passion in training and working with clients one-on-one. Leading him to his dream of opening Game of Fitness. His favorite training styles include rehabilitation and injury prevention. He also specializes in Sports Specific Training with young athletes.

Rachael spent most of her childhood in the pool as a competitive swimmer. That was where she developed her love for athletics. After graduating UC Berkeley with a degree in Psychology, she decided to merge her two passions, mental and physical health. Rachael works closely with her clients to establish positive habits, healthy relationships with food and gives them an understanding of their unique body type and needs.

Courtney spent most of her adolescence playing competitive soccer. After graduating college, life became busy and fitness fell to the wayside. After reaching her heaviest weight, Courtney was in need of some lifestyle changes leading her to a passion for fitness. She enjoyed not only what she got back physically but also mentally. Certified as a Behavioral Change Specialist, she enjoys motivating people the same way she had been motivated. Courtney has a passion for teaching discipline practices that correlate not only to your fitness mentality but your lifestyle approach as well.

Noel was an overweight child growing up, which inspired her to learn more about the human body so that she could change her own. What started as a journey to become smaller, turned into something much more powerful. She became a NASM certified personal trainer and changed her major to Health Sciences with a minor in Nutrition. Her goal is to help people make healthy lifestyle changes without negative self talk and extreme restrictions, but rather with a healthy and positive experience around these lifestyle changes.
